Our Process

Before becoming a part of the Phenix Solutions family, most of our clients embark on a journey, characterized by trust-building, effective communication, and personalized solutions tailored to their needs.

First Contact

Once you fill out the booking form and schedule your initial consultation, we’ll have a brief discussion about our company and the next stage. We will either arrange a meeting to go through the discovery form or we will send the form to you, so you can complete it in your own time.

Proposal

Once we have gone through the discovery form and have fully understood the scope of the project, we will generate a quotation for the entire project. We will go through the proposal with you and revise the details with you then a final version will be created. Once you accept the proposal, we will onboard you onto our systems so you can keep track of the project and periodic meetings will be arranged so we can keep you up to date with your project.

Project Work

After signing contracts and paying the deposit, we'll conduct research based on your service, and might arrange workshop meetings. The duration will vary based on your project's complexity and timelines. Your satisfaction is important, so we'll ask for feedback regularly. For website projects, testing will be performed at the end to ensure performance and responsiveness on different browsers. The proposal will specify the duration of this stage.

Launch

In the final stage of our process, we will either launch your website or schedule marketing content for publication. If we are deploying your website, we will ensure that your desired domain is procured. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could take the time to provide us with a review for both our website and our Google business profile. Your feedback will be invaluable to us as we continue to improve our services.
